Season third:- The revengeful season three began on September 20, 2005. I called it revengeful because in the first two episodes, Gibbs and the team are keen to get a hold on Ari, who had killed Kate in the last season. Contrary to Gibb’s notion of him being the next target of Ari, he targets some other members of Gibbs team for killing, especially women to hurt Gibbs. Gibbs also doubts upon Ziva and deputes Tony to spy on her. In second episode, Ari and Gibbs finally confront each other and when Ari is just about to kill Gibbs, Ziva shoots him. Now the past of Ziva is also disclosed.
